Sometimes we feel that nothing goes right anymore. Old programs and pitfalls keep coming back and it seems as if there is no progress, but that is just an illusion. You are on your way to a deep rooted awakening! Everything is cyclical: life is like an onion; you peel it off one layer at a time.

Every repetition means that you are being cleansed at a deeper level, until you have reached the core. At that moment you will be totally conscious. In the meantime it is important to recognise who you really are and why you are the way you are. Accept it so that, during the awakening process, you are able to let go of anything that no longer suits you.
