Sexuality is related to our deepest emotions and that is why we experience such vulnerability when we talk about it.

People who are able to talk about sex without grinning, must be strong natured! This subject is not often approached in family circles, let alone at work. It is a hugely charged subject, but not today.

During this workshop Janosh will open the ‘deaf pot’ to bring the subject of sexuality to the surface. There will be moments of awkwardness for sure, but don’t be afraid: what you will achieve, will be well worth it!

Do you dare to be yourself?

Before you back off, don’t worry: during the day you will not have to remove your clothes.  We will only fictively remove an old coat, which represents everything, that stops you from being who you want to be.  Why sexuality? Because this is the core of where all judgement about ourselves begins. To know yourself sexually, means that you finally get rid of all feelings of shame, rejection, humility and guilt. Even if you don’t succeed, sexuality gives you all the answers about yourself. The way in which you are able to admit your own sexual desires and habits, says everything about where you are in life. Do you dare to be yourself? Do you dare to say what you feel? Do you dare to say what you want the most? If you detach the charge from sexuality, then the rest is no issue.

Gently to the core

Sexuality is the most important key to freedom and unconditional love. It is also a great stimulator for creativity and judging your own values. Before we go to the core, we gently peel away the layers. Janosh gives the material on various levels to allow us to consciously think about how things actually are. Various themes will be discussed, for example, why is media more popular when sex is included. Why certain celebrities fall from their pedestal when their sex life becomes public. Why there is a taboo on cheating and what stops us from talking openly about our sex life.

We make it more personal from a general perspective, until we are able to reach the energetic approach to sexuality. Through the activation and an intensive medication, Janosh will take you to the core, where we are able to transform our weakest part into our strongest source, so that afterwards you feel reborn. Prepare yourself for an exciting day, with many twists, but even more to the moment when you walk out of the door and say to yourself:

‘This is my breakthrough!’
