Janosh column “Natural Time”
Those of you who know my work, know that every hologram has an influence on a specific part of our subconscious. I call them codes, because they help you to decipher hidden information within yourself. Every code contains information of a certain frequency, or to be more specific, a vibrational energy which resonates with our senses. In my columns, connected to the latest codes, I describe my experience connected to these frequencies. Every month I take on a code that is most prominent at the time and I share my opinion on our development within this theme.
I am pleased toshare with you anothercolumn. I have taken a two months break from writing a column, partly because of the holiday period, partly because of preparations for the new season. Also, I needed to create an overview for myself, which has provided me with many new insights, the most important of which has to do with the concept of time.
It fascinates me how our experience of time can differ per situation. One person may say that the time flies, while another may say that time goes excruciatingly slowly. It is as if our senses have a different kind of rhythm and we increasingly detach ourselves from linear time.
It inspired me to write a new chapter, literally even. Without giving away too much, I am pleased to tell you that I am writing a new book, in which time plays an important role. The story seems to write itself more or less, because the stream of information runs parallel with the timeline which, in reality, does not exist because present, past and future are part of something much bigger. I can hardly wait till it is finished – it is providing me with answers as well – but more on that later.
Everything is a cycle
What I would like to address now, is time in general, time as we experience it on a daily basis. We follow the clock, the calendar and we hold onto a rhythm in sync with those two. We have working hours, regular routines, morning rituals, evening activities and the time in between time is just ticking away. That is what we know, to live with a present, past and future. It may look simple, but can be confusing at times when certain situations repeat themselves, whilst you thought you had dealt with it for good. I often hear people talk about it and I am experiencing it myself as well: the past keeps coming back.
Why is it so hard to let something go? Maybe because “letting go” implies that everything has to have an ending. We would like to have closure and condemn ourselves when it turns out that we haven’t done so yet, whilst reality is quite different. Everything in nature and the universe follows a cycle. It is a natural law that assumes infinity exists, where each beginning starts a certain experience and ends another at the same time. Every ending is a new beginning, just like our breathing pattern. When we consider this and translate it into daily life, we can see examples everywhere. Consider the seasons, the moon cycles, rotation of the earth, the flow of water, movement of air. Our body also follows a natural rhythm and signals us when we do not take care of ourselves (hunger, thirst, tiredness, growing pains, cramps). Everything is a cycle. Life has been created that way, however we, human beings, have been the only creatures to have deviated from this, a long time ago. We came up with linear time and conjured up many different systems which have disrupted our contact with the rhythm of the universe. Our way of life is not based on a cycle but on a straight line and we have fully committed ourselves to this. Just think about how many times you make yourself aware of time and then you need to switch, whilst your feelings actually don’t agree.
Linear time; a chain
We could translate the linear timeline into a chain; it is imprisoning us and it keeps us from following our natural needs. Thereare enough examples to illustrate this. Sometimes you’re tired and you have to sleep, but there isn’t enough time to do so. Sometimes you’re hungry and you have to eat, but you’re in the middle of a meeting that hasn’t finished yet. Another time you cán eat, but you have to wait until your partner comes home. Sometimes you need a day off work, but you have to take into account the work schedule of your colleagues. Sometimes you have stress and you have to lower the pressure, but you risk losing your job; work always continues…
We say “no” to our feelings too often and we choose to be loyal to time out of habit – that is, loyal to false time. We do not realise how much pressure we put on our lives that way and on the other hand we wonder why we get stuck in certain feelings. Does that make sense? Time and again when feelings want to be heard and connect to the rhythm they are accustomed to, we push them away. Time won’t allow it, we have to move on. In that current it is almost impossible to have closure, because everything you do stays connected to time. Every time a difficult situation repeats itself in our lives, we push it back to the past and we hope it won’t happen again. Nature however, runs its own course, because like it or not, the cycle continues.
Why didn’t I do this before?
What difference does this make? You can’t just ”turn off” the time. The beauty is; you only have to understand it. If you feel that certain patterns are repeating themselves, it is important you don’t condemn yourself for it. You have done nothing wrong and you can’t do anything wrong either. Do not punish yourself, because it is just a challenge. You are in a constant rotational movement and who knows how many rounds you have left to make? Who knows how many times you have to deal with the same things? The idea of every cycle is simply a chance to grow and to experience. Every time you are confronted with something, you get the chance to receive new insights. Your frequency is raising, your knowledge is increasing and you go up one more level, you score another point, it doesn’t matter how you phrase it.
I can hear some readers think: “what if I can no longer deal with this situation and I have had it?” That is very well possible and there are no rules to abide by. When you feel you’re done, that is it, it’s done! However, do not go against yourself when there are important choices to be made, because then you are in fact delaying the process. That is something I have also learned. Often when I had to make an important choice, I felt a resistance to see it through. I tried to think of all sorts of solutions to make the change gradually, whilst deep inside I knew I just had to jump. Yet, often I didn’t jump. I would rather know beforehand what benefits it would bring and so I kept postponing my choices. In my mind I picture a diving board with me going round it in circles, looking for a staircase in order to avoid to have to jump into the deep end. Still, every time I ended up jumping and afterwards I would always ask myself: why didn’t I do this sooner?
The past often influences the future so much, that we become afraid of making choices for the future. Please realise though, that the straight line of time is just a figment of our imagination and that our feelings have a different rhythm than our ratio. Use the NOW moment to create an overview, use the silence to determine your direction and dare to jump! That is how you get closure and a flying start for the next cycle!
If we talk about a cycle, than the most actual one is the evolution process that the Maya described in their calendars. On 21 December 2012 all Maya calendars will end, and again I believe we should not be influenced by our linear way of thinking. If we go along with the thought that everything will end it would mean we won’t be here anymore. I feel that that is far from the truth. We are getting to the end of an important cycle, but we do not have to make it bigger than it is. You could see it as a deadline, a point of change, or even as a point of crisis; I personally see it more like a relocation. This is your chance to make a fresh start and leave everything behind that no longer serves you. You can start something new for yourself, right now, because the energies on Earth are strong and they provide you with a chance to grow rapidly. Consider it as if you are cycling uphill; if you go just a bit faster, you know that you will speed up when you go downhill again. If you carefully climb the hill, it is hard work and it is a slow descend. We are souls with a free will. But let’s be honest; wouldn’t you prefer to grow quickly rather than slowly?
To keep it simple, I would like to emphasize again that there is no need to know everything in order for you to feel what I mean. Consciousness counts – it is always there – it does not mean you deal with everything at once. We live in a time where it becomes increasingly more difficult to maintain linear time, so it is important you connect to the heart more frequently, because the heart is in sync with the laws of the Universe.
During my travels in Siberia I have learned a lot about this. A shaman told me that his people live in complete harmony with nature and that there is no awareness of time. That is how the shamans are able to be purely connected to the Source and thus able to live in constant state of freedom and love. Unfortunatelythat is still difficult in our society. There are too many phenomena that distract us from what it is really about, but luckily there are more ways to get back to the Source. Geometry can provide you with a little push to complete a cycle. Thanks to my new insights I am, stronger than ever before, convinced of the power of the codes. Of course I am well aware of what I am working with, but my holograms are not just meant as energetic tools. They help you to restore your contact with nature and therefore eliminate your false time-experience.
Love dissolves time
In my experience time is something we have to respect without worshipping it. The proverb “time is money” may be binned because, to me, that speaks of fear. Everything we long for, can be placed in the same category, namely love. Love disconnects time, opens the heart, softens the wounds, caresses the soul. We are here to learn, to experience, but above all to bring love back into the world. We all live on the same planet, in the same frequencies, and everything takes place at the same time. It is a magical year and we are here for a reason. Do we grab this opportunity to eliminate our fears? To redecorate our lives and our bodies during this relocation? What will you take with you and what will you leave behind? How do you start a new cycle?
Free yourself of the past, because the past only exists in the mind. Your soul knows how many experiences you need to learn something and it will let you know when you are ready for the next lesson. Ask yourself the question regularly if you are ready for something new, or whether you still have to deal with certain issues. Create clarity for yourself. Life is too wonderful to stay within the framework of time. Your soul is on an adventure and is thriving on the excitement of the game, so give her the chance to enjoy it. Dream rich, think big and get out there! This is the “natural” time to do what you have always wanted to do and if you have to take drastic decisions, remember you can’t do anything wrong. In hindsight you will probably say the same as me: “I wish I had done it sooner”.
We humans are capable of reading the clock, but only the soul knows what time it is.
Heart to heart,
